About this Event
Earth Day Celebration 2026
Celebrate Earth Day with Revive the Roots at Mowy Commons, on April 26th from 12-4 PM. Returning this year, the Whale Guitar– a work of art and an “instrument of change” played and signed by hundreds of talented guitarists– will serenade guests of all ages under the Community Garden Pavilion. Stay tuned for the lineup of singers and songwriters.
In honor of the rain-or-shine season, guests are encouraged to bring their own fun and whimsical umbrellas for an Umbrella Fashion Show—where YOU are the star! The fun continues with eco-friendly fairy crown making with the Artist Exchange and weird plant science with 15 Minute Field Trips. Learn about clean water actions in the region from the Woonasquatucket River Watershed Council. Enjoy sipping on New Harvest Coffee Roasters hot beverages and take home some wonderful silent auction prizes. Come celebrate while re-committing your efforts to protect the earth’s beauty and wonder for generations to come!
Stay tuned as we unveil more of this year’s music lineup, creative offerings, and partner organizations. Follow us on Instagram: @revivetheroots
