About this Event

Summer can be beautiful, but it can also feel busy, hot, overstimulating, and full of pressure to keep doing more. Summer Slowdown is an invitation to do the opposite. To pause. To breathe. To come back to your body and let yourself reset.

We’ll gather outdoors in nature for a 60-minute experience designed to help calm your nervous system through gentle movement, sound healing, grounding, and guided relaxation.

We’ll begin with gentle restorative yoga to help your body unwind, release tension, and settle into the present moment. You do not need to force anything here. Just allow yourself to move slowly, breathe deeply, and soften into the support beneath you.

From there, we’ll transition into sound healing with 7 chakra crystal singing bowls. As the vibrations move through the space, you’re invited to simply receive. There is nothing you need to figure out or accomplish, just allowing the sound to help your body and mind slow down.

We’ll close with a guided relaxation and visualization meditation designed to quiet the mind, support deep rest, and help you leave feeling grounded, clear, and more connected to yourself.

Please bring:

Yoga mat
Bottle of water
Towel or blanket to place underneath your mat in case the ground is damp
Anything you may want to use to cover your eyes during relaxation

Optional add-on:

If you would like an aromatherapy eye pillow for your session, washable reusable eye pillows will be available upon request for $30. You’ll be able to keep and reuse yours for meditation, relaxation, or sleep support at home.
