As the days stretch into early summer, join us in the Fig House for an evening designed to help you properly slow down.Jessica from The Soul Siren will guide a 60-minute sound bath using crystal singing bowls, layered vocals and gentle instrumentation to create a deeply restful experience. The vibrations work subtly, helping to quiet a busy mind and bring you back to yourself. It’s immersive without being intense, and open to everyone, whether you’re new to sound healing or returning to it.
Afterwards, we’ll gather in the Boiler Bar for a seasonal non-alcoholic mocktail, included in your ticket, and an easy moment to chat or simply sit and take it all in.

• Doors open at 6.00pm for a 6.30pm start
• Please bring a mat, blanket and anything you need to feel comfortable
• Not recommended for those with epilepsy, fitted pacemakers or in the first trimester of pregnancy
