Bassist, arranger and producer Linaldo Sans hails from Brazil and has over 20 years as a professional player. Since 2019, he has been based in Vancouver and has worked with artists from all over the world.
In Brazil, he had an opportunity to study and work with renowned musicians and artists such as Alberto Luccas, Victor Alcantara, Djalma Lima, Bob Wyatt, Mateus Bitondi. In 2018, Linaldo was selected for intensive composition classes with Celso Mojola after his arrangements and compositions were analysed by the internationally noted composer.
Owner of an authentic versatility and approach, his performances hold the flavour of Brazilian music with a mix of jazz, soul and funk, showing a few of his musical influences.
