Jonah Ocean (b. 1993) is a multi-instrumentalist and composer based in Vancouver. After building a foundation as a classical cellist and touring Europe, he went on to study jazz/contemporary guitar in college. Since 2013 he has been highly active as a session guitarist, bassist, cellist, pianist, and vocalist - supporting a wide variety of local artists.Jonah has now embarked on a path of creating his own original, authentic music. Drawing from his wide range of musical experiences and tastes, he has prepared his debut EP, and has picked a collection of covers ranging from soul and folk classics to modern R&B and pop arrangements.
