Aksel Boss is a Swedish born singer and songwriter based in Vancouver, BC. He started teaching himself guitar at age 15 and by the age of 22 he enrolled at the Österlen Folk Music School in Tomelilla, Sweden.After graduating music school, he moved to Vancouver Canada in the summer of 2016 and has been performing ever since. A bilingual musical experience, Aksel sings and performs in both Swedish and English. Influenced by the cozy folk acoustics of Iron and Wine, Bob Dylan, and the soulful Nina Simone, Aksel brings a one of a kind blend of a strong soulful voice paired with a warm dark folky acoustic vibes.
