Running from 7.30am to 8.30am, this class is for early risers before work who want to move, breathe and reset before heading into the rest of the day.
By Friday, many of us are feeling tight, stiff and slightly crumpled from sitting, screens and the general pace of life. This class is designed to help undo some of that.
Expect a gentle blend of yoga, mobility, breathwork and myofascial release to ease tension, improve mobility and help you feel more open and upright.
It’s a practical, feel-good class with plenty of options, so you do not need to be super bendy or experienced. Just come as you are and give yourself an hour to move well and start the day differently.
