ECHS is located at the ACC Round Rock campus, 4400 College Park Dr.
- Students in grades 9 through 12 enjoy a small school experience.

- Students in grades 9 through 12 combine high school, college, and workplace learning on a pathway to become a licensed vocational nurse.
- Students can earn a high school diploma, industry-based certifications, and college credits towards an Associate of Applied Science degree at no cost.
- Partnerships with ACC and St. David's Healthcare.
