Early Career Teachers are those that are in the period of induction after their initial teacher training. As a school there are several statutory entitlements that you must ensure are in place.
Each ECT should be accessing an Early Career Framework programme and also be registered with an Appropriate Body who acts as the impartial body overseeing the ECTs continued assessment against the Teachers' Standards.
