Agnes Vardà 2000. aasta dokumentaalfilm The Gleaners and I (“Korjajad ja mina”) viib vaataja tänapäevaste gleaner’ite ehk saagi ülejäägi korjamisest end elatavate inimeste maailma. Teekond kulgeb Prantsusmaa ääremaistelt põldudelt erksate Pariisi turgudeni, näidates lähedalt vaesuses elavate prantslaste igapäevaelu rõõme ja valusid.
Film algab kell 19 ning sellele järgneb avatud arutelu. Külas on arhitektid Helena Männa, Iiris Tähti Toom ja Kaari Maria Tirmaste!

Agnes Vardà’s documentary The Gleaners and I (2000) dives into the everyday of contemporary gleaners, who gather leftover goods after the formal harvest. As Vardà takes the viewer from the peripheral fields of France all the way to the lively markets of Paris, her curious and detail-driven eye explores the joys and sorrows of the people met along the way.
The screening begins at 19. It is followed by an open discussion with architects Helena Männa, Iiiris Tähti Toom and Kaari Maria Tirmaste!
