Raymond Gregson
Raymond Gregson is a dynamic Washington State father advocate, recovery leader, and systems-change strategist committed to strengthening families and communities. A Certified Peer Support Specialist with Crisis and Communication certifications, he brings both lived experience and professional expertise to his work.
Raymond serves on the Washington Fatherhood Council and collaborates with behavioral health and justice systems to improve father engagement and youth outcomes. As the founder of Growing Your Mindset (G.Y.M.) LLC, he has developed impactful programs such as Unlocking Your Potential, Parenting: It’s a Life, Guiding Good Choices, and Mindset Development Workshops.
Recognized as an Unsung Hero, Dad’s Ally, Outstanding Collaborator, and International Father Advocacy Speaker, Raymond is known for his high-energy, engaging, and transformational speaking style. He doesn’t just speak about leadership - he models it.
