Get Involved student, Jerry Fang, is organizing an e-waste drive to raise awareness and funds for youth aging out of the foster care system!Check out his e-waste recycling drive:
We are gathering used or broken electronics from various businesses and are working together with GreenMouse Inc., a recycling center. These broken or used electronics could be printers, computers/monitors, and keyboards/mouses, headsets. However, we do NOT accept batteries and lightbulbs.
Recycled electronics will be refurbished, if possible, and will be given to youth who are aging out of the foster systems. If not refurbishable, money raised from e-waste will go towards resources for their education.
