About this Event
Día de Muertos is a festive and colorful celebration full of traditions in Mexican culture. During this day, we will create an altar together, add items that represent our deceased loved ones, learn how to make a “Catrina mask,” write “calaveritas,” taste traditional “pan de muerto” with chocolate, and break a “piñata.”
About Cultura Latina:
Cultura Latina is a cultural and educational organization created in Hong Kong by two Latin American teachers (Alejandra Gonzalez and Paula Leon) who recognized the richness and benefits of providing a cross-cultural approach to education, we collaborate with other educators in different specialties.
