Día de los Muertos Tour

Celebrate Día de los Muertos in an authentic way!

Learn about the ritual that is Día de los Muertos and what it means to those that celebrate it. Admire murals and altars as we explore the Mission District from this unique perspective.

Our time together will begin at our our starting location, Artillery Ceramics.

You will be led by an experienced local guide, and you will venture out and explore the Mission before visiting a few artisanal gift shops, including Mixocatl, and La Reyna Bakery.

We'll stop by 24th BART Plaza where you can purchase sugar skulls and other trinkets and then end our tour back at Artillery.

The tour ends back at Artillery Ceramics, where you will create your own clay offering keepsake with the guidance and support of Artillery's expert pottery instructors.
