Join us for an evening of baking and storytelling, with Lia Weber, owner of Made by Lia Craft Bakery in the heart of Old Town Florissant, MO.
Lia will be doing a baking demonstration of her “master pie dough” to make her “rustic fruit galette” from her cookbook.
Mastering this pie dough will open doors to a world of endless recipes. It’s simple, flaky, buttery & has a secret ingredient! The galette is the perfect crowd pleaser dessert for any occasion & can be used with a variety of seasonal fruit.
