Welcome to Dynamic Meditation – Daytime SessionThis Dynamic Meditation is a powerful, active meditation designed to release stress, clear emotional blocks, and awaken your inner vitality. In our daily lives, emotions, tension, and unexpressed energy accumulate in the body and nervous system.
This practice exists to move that energy through, rather than suppress it.
It helps you shake off mental clutter and reconnect deeply with your body and life force.
Through guided movement, conscious breathing, sound, and stillness, this meditation helps you discharge what no longer serves you, creating space for clarity, balance, and inner silence. By first allowing intensity and expression, the body and mind can finally relax — making true stillness possible.
This meditation is intense and cathartic. It’s not about sitting quietly—it’s about fully expressing, releasing, and then resting in deep awareness. Expect moments of high energy followed by profound calm and clarity.
No previous meditation experience is needed. This session is open to all, but please come with the understanding that it is a strong and transformative practice, both physically and emotionally.

A devoted energy explorer, Kundalini Alchemy Initiator, and meditation practitioner.
She’s a curious creatrix known for creating safe, fun and sacred spaces for deep transformation, where energy flows freely, emotions are welcomed, and the body becomes a vessel for higher states of awareness
She guides people (1:1 and in groups— both online and in-person) through their shadows, showing them that what they fear is not their enemy—it is their initiation.
Her journey has led her through various healing modalities she now weaves in with Kundalini Activation, meditation and hypnosis.
She invite others to explore energy, frequency, and consciousness—through breath, movement, stillness & sound—in various workshop & events at Oslo Soul Circle.
