I am super happy to say that we are continuing these exciting monthly workshops!
Everyone loves a lively dynamic drawing session!
I have a fashion degree from Central St Martin’s in London and followed that with two years lecturing in Life Drawing at Darlington College, County Durham. Since then I have facilitated lots of figure drawing sessions and workshops because my work leans heavily into dancers, musicians and bodies.
Last year I went on a couple of courses that reignited my love of teaching figure drawing and I looking forward to sharing hints & tips for mark making, experimenting, building skills, confidence and having fun!
These live drawing sessions are suitable for beginners, artists, art students, makers and all sorts of creative and non-creative types who want the opportunity to mix in an environment that's a long way from a stuffy life-drawing class!
If you are interested in fashion illustration and abstracting forms these workshops are really wonderful for that!
There will be a selection of papers, pens, pencils, charcoals, chalks, paints to dip into so don’t feel like you have to buy lots of things before coming!
I am happy to help anyone who would like tips to improve their drawing skills and these sessions are really about being creative in a relaxed space with like minded folk!
Also, it's my studio so we can get messy!
The session is from 6.45pm – 9.15pm– drawing times will be from
7.00pm – 9.00pm with plenty of breaks included - tickets are £25.00 per person in advance – no tickets on the door.
