Whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner, this series offers a chance to reconnect with the fundamentals of yoga.
You will:
- work on building a strong foundation through key poses, including standing and balance postures, forward and backward extensions, and beginner-friendly inversions like shoulderstand.
- learn the Sanskrit names of each pose while sharing valuable tips and tricks to awaken the body’s natural intelligence.
- develop an understanding of the deep connection between mind and body, using props to ensure accessibility for all levels and abilities.
No matter your experience or physical limitations, there’s a version of every asana you can work with.
