Calling all lesbians, transsexuals, butches, femmes, Tgirls, dykes and the likes ! Dyke Society is one lesbian's attempt at bringing us together and enjoying some good ol lezzing out. (anyone that feels comfortable in and connected to the lesbian experience is more than welcome to attend we luv all)
Sunday February 22nd 2026 from 6-10pm @Folk Tale Shop #200 1209 1st St SW ! Folk Tale Shop is a queer and bipoc owned inclusive salon-barbershop located in the heart of Calgary in the historic Radio Block building on the second floor.
There is unfortunately no lift or elevator into the space but the organizer will personally carry your walkers up and hold your hand while you come up the stairs. We have two gender neutral washrooms available.
Specially we will be crafting anything our hearts desire! There will be a playlist of whatever music nell has chosen and a projector playing some enjoyable lesbian movies! There will be a small selection of various collage supplies, pencil crayons, pens, paint and yarn but PLEASE bring something to craft on or some glue sticks or scissors because there is never enough :-) Mainly come and enjoy some lesbian company !
