Come lay your tired bones down and be guided into a journey of what it feels like to die and live to tell the story. Through deep presence, meditation and sound woven within a loving container we will explore the edges of what it is to truly hold what cannot be held. This will be an intimate evening
inspired by curiosity about the inevitable dissolution of all things.
Whether that which ends is life itself, a dream, a relationship or an era all things come to an end. As soulful beings, knowing and normalizing this has the potential to truly liberate us. The intention is to invite a deeper appreciation for all of the beauty that exists in the here and now.
This work comes from the belief that when we choose to be willing participants in the changing seasons of the heart we get to truly experience what it means to live.
We will be exploring death in literality and metaphor.
What comes goes.
As within as without.
We are not separate from nature and like nature our winter will come and then we will be reborn.
Again and Again.
This journey will be led by Chrystalina, a former Boise local, a decades deep bodyworker, songstress, sound practitioner and birth doula who is heeding the call into death midwifery and end of life spaces.
