This networking event will provide essential information for business owners on understanding your 4th Amendment workplace rights. MICA representatives will walk attendees through practical guidance on:
• Your rights when federal agents approach your business
• The difference between judicial warrants and administrative warrants
• How to establish workplace protocols that protect you and your employees
• What you are and are not required to disclose
• Other steps to prepare your business in advance
