About this Event
Jake is a London born chef who currently works as a developer in the Ottolenghi Test Kitchen, sharing a kitchen with some brilliant chefs.
Previously Jake has worked at a number of London restaurants including St John, Bubala, Sabor and Berber&Q. His first job in a kitchen was in Mexico and it's here his eyes blew open to flavours, produce, technique and provenance.
Jake has huge love and admiration for Mexican food, the inspiration for his menu:
Fermented corn bread, smoked butter
Trout aguachile, grapefruit, coriander seeds, tostada // Guajillo aubergine and pine nut flautas, tomatillo compote
