About this Event
Join us at Ritson Hall in the Alignton House for some drawing!
Wednesday Portrait Sessions 2 hours: evening sessions with fewer attendees to ensure a good view of the model. Focus is on long pose portraiture.
Saturday Figure Sessions 3 hours: afternoon sessions with more attendees and a nude model. Focus is on figure quicksetch, 20 minute poses, and one 40 minute pose.
We offer an inclusive, relaxed environment for artists and art students of all skill levels and backgrounds to draw from a live model.
We aim to host a diverse range of models from a variety of genders, age groups, physiques, and skin colors. Poses will range from traditional academic to contemporary and challenging.
These sessions are largely untutored, but the community is welcoming and happy to help.
All proceeds go to pay the model, running costs, and materials to make future sessions better.
