33 Maitland St, Greerton, Tauranga on 11th and 12th of October Friday and Saturday 2024.
On behalf of the organisers and the association, organisers, we cordially invite you and your family & friends to join the Holly Worship, cultural program, and Dinner of the Durga Puja 2024.
Durga Puja, though, a Bengali Festival, in the community we live in, belongs to all. Devi Durga, symbolise Divine Shakti (Power of Supreme) preserves moral order and righteousness in the creation and protect mankind from evil and misery by destroying evil forces. It is not only a festival of spirituality, devotion, and happiness, but also a way to respect the women of our society who are considered as the incarnation of ‘Shakti’ or the power. The idols of Goddess Durga is also a personification of mother’s love, prosperity, and wealth. The annual festival of Durga Pooja is enjoyed with devotion, joy, spirituality, and spreads happiness among the people giving the message of victory of good over evil.
