Seattle’s one and only open mic dedicated to two-person improv teams! Every week at Unexpected Productions, two-person teams take the stage to create hilarious, fast-paced, totally unscripted comedy right before your eyes. No scripts, no safety nets—just pure improv magic.
Duos Olympics is taking over Duos all through April, turning each night into a playful, high-energy competition where improv pairs go head-to-head in a series of creative challenges. Expect bold physicality, technically daring scenes, and open-format improv that shows off each duo’s unique chemistry and style. The top-scoring teams from the month will return for the Duos Gold Finals on April 29, where anywhere from 4 to 12 teams could battle it out for the championship. Every show brings something different, so come cheer, laugh, and watch some of Seattle’s funniest improvisers go for gold.
At Duos, everyone shines. Newer performers sharpen their game. Seasoned improvisers experiment, take risks, and get wonderfully weird. The results? Quick-witted scenes, surprising twists, and bold choices that feel impossible until you watch them happen live.
