Therapist-Led skills group for Adults to learn social skills, skills to help with ADHD, and emotion regulation skills while playing DnD. 4-5 adults per group, and each group member will have their own individualized treatment plan. Great for adults who struggle with ADHD, anxiety, depression, learning difficulties, and social skills. The group fee will also include 1 hour a week of individual therapy with a counseling intern to learn skills to use in group. Materials given: 3D printed Character, binder, and more.
