On Saturday, December 6, 2025, the Dunedin Youth Guild will host the 56th Annual Holiday Tour of Homes. This year’s “A Vintage Christmas Home Tour” features historic downtown homes that will transport you back in time. The five homes on this year’s tour are a beautiful blend of vintage craftsmanship and modern updates that are perfect examples of Dunedin’s unique historical vibe. The Fenway Hotel is also included in this year’s tour and showcases an important part of our historical heritage. Transportation between the five homes, the Fenway Hotel and the Hale Center for this year’s tour is being made even easier by the exclusive use of the Tour of Homes Jolley Trolley Shuttle, which is included in the ticket price.Don’t forget to save time for a visit to the Holiday Tea included in the ticket price. Join us for delicious tea sandwiches, muffins and scones served with a cup of hot tea or coffee while chatting with friends and browsing our vendors and boutique tables. The vendor and boutique area is a wonderful place to begin your holiday shopping for unique, one-of-a-kind presents for family and friends.
We have several Giving Tree themes for this year, so while you are on the Tour of Homes, be sure to purchase a few “Chance to Win” tickets for an opportunity to own one of these special works of art. The Dunedin Youth Guild calls these “giving trees” because all of the proceeds from the sales of chances to win go to projects that benefit the youth of Dunedin. The Giving Trees are fully decorated by the members of the Dunedin Youth Guild and represent all the special things in Dunedin that we love. As a special bonus again this year, students from the Robotics Team at Dunedin High School are creating a very special Giving Tree for our event. The creation of this Giving Tree utilizes technology from a 3-D printer that the Dunedin Youth Guild helped the Robotics Team purchase.
Proceeds from this event benefit the Dunedin Youth Guild’s youth scholarship program and other youth-focused community improvement projects. Advance tickets are available for $40.00 online at our website: https://dunedinyouthguild.org. Tickets can also be purchased for $45.00 the day of the event at the Hale Center, 330 Douglas Avenue in Dunedin. The home tours are open from 10 am to 3:30 pm, the Boutique and Vendors are open from 10 am to 3:30 pm and the Holiday Tea is open from 11 am to 3:00 pm.
