You are invited to explore your breath as a powerful tool for nervous system regulation, emotional release, and deep relaxation.
Join us for two nourishing hours of transformational breathwork, music, sound bath and Reiki. Whether you’re completely new or returning to deepen your practice, you’ll be supported every step of the way.

- Guided breathwork paired with music for emotional release and inner calm
- Soothing sound bath and Reiki for deep relaxation
- A safe, inclusive space to connect with yourself and others
- Yoga mats, blankets, pillows and eye masks provided

🌱 Seed (£15) – Accessible rate (Low income, students, retirees.)
🌼 Bloom (£22) – Standard rate (The regular rate that sustains the space.)
🍎 Fruitful (£30) – Supporter rate (A generous option that helps others access breathwork.)

After booking you’ll receive an email with further details and a link to the waiver form.
🌀 Cancellation Policy
- More than 7 days before the event: Full refund.
- 7 days to 24 hours before: No refund, but you’re welcome to transfer your booking to a future event.
- Less than 24 hours before: Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer a refund or transfer, as your place has already been held for you.
(We keep our groups small and prepare in advance for each participant, so last-minute cancellations have a big impact. Thank you for your understanding and support.)
⚠️ Health & safety:
Breathwork is generally very safe, but extra care is needed with certain conditions (e.g. PTSD, panic attacks, some heart conditions, epilepsy, pregnancy).
All participants are required to sign a waiver form before the session.
