Join the Nanoose Baybillies | Hillbilly Choir Band!
All voices and acoustic instruments aboard! All levels welcome. A perfect place for beginners to professional development. Fiddle, sing, guitar, ukulele, banjo, bass, washboards, mandolins and low voices to high voices!

The Program
Learn harmony singing and songs from the bluegrass, country and folk/rock roots music genres. Study rhythm, improvising, music theory, learning by ear, the Nashville Number System, soloing and arranging. Become stronger at jamming and performing! Find your voice and understand keys. String instruments and old-tyme rhythm. (Sorry no drums kits but softer percussion like washboard and shakers welcome) Acoustic blend of instruments and voices bringing music to exciting levels.
The last session will be our music party where we perform for our kin folk & friends!
Led by critically acclaimed songwriter and performer Jenny Lester, who earned a degree in Commercial Music from South Plains College in Texas.
