Come and join us for Day 1 of The Dun Holm Challenge! Dun Holm refers to the historical name for the city of Durham - it combines the Old English word "dun" meaning hill and the Old Norse word "holm" meaning island or or land in a river! So whether you are a Durham resident, you just love the area or you fancy going for a run along the River Wear which includes views of the Catherdral, then this is the run (or 5) for you! The medal will feature the Dun Cow statue and various place names aorund the City. This is a series of 5 events and you can sign up for all 5 days or just the 1, the choice is yours!
