About this Event
Join us for an afternoon of food and fun, chemistry and cooking, engagement and education.
In this 1.5 hour dumpling making workshop, you and your little(s) will learn all about the communal art of dumpling making while folding Japanese gyoza dumplings. During our deep dive into Japanese food we will fold dumplings, learn to create custom hand rolls, and form decadent ice cream mochi. As we cook, we will dive into the history of Japanese-American cuisine, discuss the science behind texture, and so much more.
