There will be the usual club night gathering but in addition there will be the Annual General Meeting [AGM] of Dukeries Motor Club Ltd which will start at 9.00pm and usually lasts around 45 mins.The AGM is an opportunity to have your say about the running of the club and question the club’s principle officers. The AGM will include an annual review by the Chairman and the report on the 2025 financial year by the Treasurer. There will also be elections for the 2026/27 Club Committee as well as for the Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer and Membership Secretary.
If you feel that you could donate a little of your time to the general running of YOUR Club, please put yourself forward for membership of the Club Committee or as an Official of the club by completing one of the nomination forms. You will be very welcome.
