Duke Tumatoe is a legendary American blues guitarist, singer, and songwriter with a career spanning six decades. Born in Chicago, he cut his teeth playing the blues and has shared the stage with icons like Muddy Waters, Bo Diddley, B.B. King, Willie Dixon, Buddy Guy, John Fogerty, and George Thorogood โ and heโs known for mixing real blues chops with humor and high-energy showmanship.
He was even a founding member of the band that eventually became REO Speedwagon, and his 1988 live album I Like My Job was produced by John Fogerty himself.
