Duke Street Market Yoga Social

Sunday Yoga Social at Duke Street Market - tickets include an hour of Vinyasa* Yoga, paced just right for a Sunday morning. All you need to bring with you is your yoga mat!

Before the class starts, we'll take your order. When the class is over, your hot drink will be waiting for you, along with a glass of prosecco, orange juice , fresh fruit and artisan pastries by Bold Street Coffee

DSM brunch menu will be available shortly after the class finishes, should you wish to stay!

Please bring your own mat with you to this event.

*Vinyasa means "to place with awareness" - in a Vinyasa class, you will synchronise your breath and movement, meaning that you will flow from pose to pose. Beginners welcome.
