Coming all the way from Australia, we're excited to present to you our Trauma Release Breathwork Workshop! This is your chance to dive deep into the healing power of breathwork and reconnect with your inner self through intentional, guided breathing.

What is Breathwork?

About your Breathwork Warrior

Vish's life seemed to be on a successful path. He built a thriving career, won numerous awards, had a beautiful family, great friends, and a busy social life filled with fun and excitement. But despite these external successes, something was missing. Vish felt a deep void and found himself searching for something more meaningful. He embarked on a journey, exploring any healing practice or tool he could find. While each brought some relief, none offered the deeper fulfillment he sought—until he discovered breathwork. It was through breathwork that Vish finally found the profound healing and purpose he had been searching for.

For Vish, breathwork became much more than a relaxation technique; it was a deeply transformative and healing tool that helped him reconnect with himself on a profound level. Breathwork allowed him to release built-up stress, process difficult emotions, and find clarity during the most difficult period of his life. Through this powerful personal journey, he realized the potential of breathwork to change lives, just as it had changed his.

Now, as a certified breathwork instructor, Vish has been sharing this practice with individuals across Australia, helping them heal and experience the same breakthroughs he found. This workshop marks his first opportunity to bring this transformative experience to Manila.

Breathwork offers numerous potential benefits, yet certain conditions may pose risks for some individuals. It is crucial to carefully review all questions in the waiver above to determine if Breathwork is suitable for you. Before participating, inform your healthcare provider about any concerns. Contraindications include, but are not limited to: pregnancy, glaucoma, uncontrolled high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, brain or abdominal aneurysm, uncontrolled thyroid conditions, diabetes, asthma (please bring your inhaler), epilepsy, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or psychiatric hospitalization within the last ten years, and other medical or physical conditions that may hinder intense physical or emotional release.

Having any of these conditions does not necessarily disqualify you from participation but may require medical clearance beforehand. Therefore, carefully reviewing all waiver questions and disclosing any relevant personal circumstances before engaging in Breathwork activities is essential.

We are committed to giving our clients a seamless experiences, while maintaining transparency in all our transactions. This Refunds & Cancellations Policy details our approach to handling refunds and cancellations, demonstrating our dedication to fairness and customer satisfaction.

Please note: This policy is subject to change from time to time to reflect our evolving practices or regulatory requirements. We encourage our clients to review the policy periodically for any updates.

By using our services and completing a purchase, you accept and agree to the terms outlined in this policy. We aim to balance the interests of Breathwork Warrior and our valued clients, ensuring that our terms are clear, fair, and reasonable.

In the case that Breathwork Warrior cancels or reschedules an event, you will receive a full refund, minus any Eventbrite ticket fees. If you need to cancel within seven (7) days of the event, you will be issued a one-time credit valid for three months from the event date. Tickets can be transferred up to 72 hours before the event. To do so, please email the new ticket holder's full name and email address, copy the new ticket holder in the email, and include the event date and venue to [email protected]. The new ticket holder must complete any necessary registration forms, provide required details, and sign the waiver to be accepted.

Please note: This is a strictly drug and alcohol-free event. Anyone found under the influence will be asked to leave without a refund.
