Philippine Sommelier Association is proud to present the 5th Annual ‘Manila Uncorked 2024,’ a monumental wine tasting experience that brings together all of Manila’s wine suppliers in a fun and casual party ambiance as they showcase well-curated wines at every price point from around the world. This year’s Uncorked celebrates our return post pandemic with a wider variety of selections, including sake and natural wines, to name a few. We will also feature wines that will cater to every wine drinker’s need and play host to a variety of wine-related activities to keep guests both entertained and informed. Together with our members, Manila Uncorked 2024 aims to not only cater to the novice, but the experienced, and the seasoned consumer as well to create an enjoyable yet entertaining approach to everything that is wine and fuel the need for inspiration among our growing and very talented group of Filipino sommeliers.

Apart from the tastings that will feature over 300 selections of wines, various activities will take place during the six-hour event. Members of the Association will lead 'Manila Uncorked Wine Flights,' themed tastings that will take groups of tasters on a journey through the various selections. Engaging and friendly wine seminars will take place simultaneously. A VIP tasting section will showcase a line up of ultra premium bottles. Finally, the highlight of the evening is a 'Chef Throwdown' where two chefs battle against each other to showcase their food and wine pairing skills to be judged by local food celebrities, bloggers, writers, and VIP ticket holders.

Manila Uncorked 2024 will take place on Thursday, October 24, 2024 at Enderun Tent, 1100 Campus Avenue, McKinley Hill, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City. The tasting will run from 4 pm to 10 pm, opening to trade only by 4 pm and to the public by 5:00 pm. Two types of tickets will be available for the tasting; the regular ticket will allow the consumer to taste over 300 wines as well as sign up for any of the wine sessions happening simultaneously with the tasting. The VIP ticket allows for the same inclusions with the addition of entrance into the VIP tasting room, priority seating for any masterclass hosted by various suppliers, and a chance to participate as a food taster in the Chef Throwdown.
