Everyone who attends will place a duck for the exchange. For every duck you bring (up to 3) you will get a ticket . We will draw tickets and the person can choose a duck or steal from someone (no re stealing unless your new duck is stolen) A person can have their duck stolen 3 times and the duck they have after 3rd steal is theirs.will go till a tickets are drawn.
If you have any other rules that need to be applied we can always adapt.
