Emerging out of Grass Valley and Nevada City, Dub Creative embody a fresh, cutting-edge sound, melding roots reggae, world music, and R&B influences. They are known for their hypnotic, deep-pocket groove woven together with the transcendently evocative vocals. This project features rotating members who've recorded and toured with countless roots reggae legends over the decades. These include guitarists Ishence and Jah Walks. Simrit is a weaver of aural magic and inspiration while performing with her band across the country and around the globe. She’s also a Nevada City resident and enjoys slipping into the Crazy Horse from time to time to savor the music just like any other fan.
