Nature's Generosity is a traveling Wilderness Photography Foundation Exhibit that The d'Art Center will be hosting this June! The Wilderness Photography Foundation is comprised of wildlife photographers from all over the country.
Their goal is to use the visual power of photography to increase awareness of the beauty and value of wilderness and wildlife and encourage action to protect and preserve wild spaces. Photography allows us to capture and reflect on the remarkable landscapes and diverse ecosystems that surround us, fostering a deeper appreciation for our environment.
Art, through creative expression, can inspire wonder, promote conversation, challenge assumptions, connect diverse thinking, help imagine new solutions, and motivate action for positive change. Join us in preserving the beauty of the wilderness through the art of photography.
Metal Transformed is a national exhibit of metal artworks. From jewelry to functional housewares and sculptures, these metal artworks feature an array of colors and techniques using different metals, patinas, paint, enamels, stone settings, and more!
The d'Art Center received just under 100 submissions from17 states for this open call. Just 26 works from 18 artists and 13 states we selected for this intimate exhibit in The Vault.
The Best in Show Winner for Metal Transformed was selected by a panel of d'Art center's professional artists and staff members.
