Come visit the DSHS Mobile Outreach team at the Montesano Food Bank in Montesano, WA on Friday, December 5, 2025 from Noon to 3 PM. This mobile office can provide most services of a DSHS Community Service Office (CSO). These services help Washington residents to apply for Basic Food (SNAP), Cash (TANF, ABD/HEN) and Senior medical applications, as well as reviews, updates and issuance of Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) cards to access benefits.
