The next meeting of the Denton Songwriters Guild will be on Tuesday, January 20th at Yellow Dog Art Bar. We meet at 7 and start at 7:30. The current songwriting challenge prompt is "About You". You may use the prompt however you wish, it is only for inspiration. You do NOT need to write a song to attend, meetings are always free and open to the public. We will perform our songs, vote on the winner of the coveted certificate, and pick a prompt for next month. If time allows we will hear another original song from anyone who would like to share.
Every Tuesday is also Spoken Word Night at Yellow Dog! On Tuesdays where the Guild is in attendance, spoken word will take place in the back room.
