Drums Alive® – Fun, Inclusive Movement for All Abilities
Move, groove, and drum to the beat! Drums Alive® combines rhythmic drumming with full-body movement to improve coordination, strength, balance, and confidence. Suitable for kids, teens, and adults of all abilities—no experience needed!
Drums Alive® is a fun, inclusive, and energizing program that combines rhythmic drumming with movement, designed for people of all abilities and led by a licensed Physical Therapist. Whether you’re 7 or 70, this program helps improve coordination, balance, strength, and confidence—all while having a great time!

- Kids (Ages 7-12) - Jan 12 and Feb 2 @ 3:30-4:15 pm
- Teens (Ages13-18) - Jan 19 and Feb 9 @ 3:30-4:15 pm
- Adults (Ages 19+) - Jan 7 and Feb 11 @ 3-3:45 pm
