Join Jenn and Bonny for weekly drumming. No experience necessary. If you have your own drum you are welcome to bring it along. Some drums and hand percussion are available at the studio. Additional instruments such as guitar, Ukulele and tongue drum are welcome. Drumming is a great way to lower your stress level, uplift your spirit, release negative energy, promote healing, build self confidence and share in community.
