7.30-8.30pm, weekly on Tuesdays A drumming circle is simple, we gather, we connect and we drum together.
No experience needed, drums will be provided.
Different to the circles before where we explored different aspects of drumming in a more free flowing way, we will focus more on the group rhythm, the collective beat and exploration.
Drumming circles reduce stress, elevate mood, we come to a state of going inwards yet at the same time actively expressing and releasing.
