Drumming is one of humanity’s oldest creative, wellbeing and spiritual practices – grounding, energising and deeply unifying. African drumming is an instant mood-lifter and a powerful way to shake off stress, reset the nervous system and reconnect with yourself and others.
As we play together, the powerful sound and rhythmic movement engage the whole body and mind – releasing anxiety, boosting energy and making us feel GOOD.
No musical experience is needed – just a willingness to join in and have fun.
Expect joyful rhythms, plenty of laughter and a quietly powerful sense of connection as we explore creativity and expression through rhythm together.
A beautiful complement to yoga and embodied wellbeing practices.
