Starting with a guided visualisation practice, which will gently leading you inward to connect with your desires, values, and the energy you wish to invite into your life. This visual journey helps clarify intention and opens the subconscious to receive.
From here, you’ll lie back and be immersed in a restorative sound bath, resting is the REM state which is a powerful state for manifestation. The vibrations work on a subconscious level, helping to anchor your intentions, calm the nervous system, and bring your visualisation to life.
Sound has a powerful way of embedding intention beyond the thinking mind, allowing the “seeds” you’ve planted during the visualisation to settle, integrate, and begin to grow.
