Introducing ceremonial ancestral drumming for beginner and experienced alike. We will play for just 30 minutes, just long enough to tune our bodies into a medative state in readiness to receive the gongs. I’m hoping to be able to supply ten drums if my supplier comes through in time. Might be best to bring your own for now if you have one.Free parking at the Pathways studio but give yourself plenty of time to acclimatise if you haven’t been before.

As your heartbeat lowers as you relax during a session, so does your core body temperature. Please bring your warmest blankets, duvet or even a sleeping bag as some often do! This will make your overall experience much more pleasurable.
Come and join us for this amazing 1 Hour relaxation. Not suitable for children under the age of thirteen, people with pacemakers and pregnancy in their first trimester.
