Drum Circle, Meditation & Elements Chant workshop. We will begin with the Guided meditation. Then We will explore the Elements Chant with song and rhythm. Earth my body, Water my blood, Air my breath & Fire my spirit.
Followed by a celebration rhythm. We will play four rhythms and then put the four rhythms together.
