Event 3 of the league for 2024 will take place at GSP Gym, Galway, H91 XDD4 on 27/10/24 🏋️♂️This event is being run alongside The Static Monsters
There will be 2 category's run for the league on the day;
1) Class 2
2) Class 1
Class 2 standard will be no more than 350kg push-pull(raw) total OR you have won a novice competition in the past.

2) Kratos Bar Deadlift
3) Load medly
4) Husafell Carry
5) Farmers Hold - Straps
