🕯️Experience the ancient power of the drum to clear your mind and open your heart. Our session combines the collective heartbeat of a group drum circle with the restorative peace of a guided meditation.

No musical background is required—beginners are always welcome!
Arrive from 6:20pm, the session will start at 6:30pm, leave your worries at the door and let the rythmic beats of the handheld frame drums guide you into a state of relaxation and inner peace. My sessions are for anyone wanting to release tension and I can guarantee you will definately feel lighter afterwards. It will be a great end to the week!
After the drum circle, you will get to lie down, get cosy and sink into stillness as I take you on a short guided meditation where I will use a variety of soundhealing intruments such as Tibetan bowls, Remo drum, ocean drum and chimes.
Please wear warm comfortable clothes, warm socks, please bring a yoga mat and a cosy blanket, pillow ( eye mask/hot water bottle if you want to be extra cosy during the guided meditation). A bottled drink of water is also advisable.
I will provide the handheld framedrum but if you have your own you are more than welcome to bring it along.
There is plenty of free parking outside.
Everyone welcome, 14 years and over.
